Day 1: Arrival at the Kigali International Airport

On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be meet with a warm welcome by our company
representative, Drive to the hotel for an overnight.

Day 2: City Tour +Transfer to Volcanoes NP

After your breakfast, you will start your tour with Kigali City Tour and visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial
later after lunch you will be transferred to Musanze, the home of mountain Gorillas. The journey north passes
through the beautiful terraced hillsides that characterize much of Rwanda’s landscape and gradually climbs
to the base of the Virunga Volcanoes enjoy your afternoon cultural activities at Gorilla Guardians Overnight
stay.

Day 3: Volcanoes National Park + Gorilla Trekking

On this special day you will have the rare opportunity to observe the famous Rwandan mountain gorillas.
Tracking the gorillas through the forested slopes of the Virunga is a magical experience. You will get to the
gorillas, spend an hour with them, and be back at the base in time for a late lunch. Some gorilla families,
return to the Lodge for Lunch enjoy Lunch at The Lodge in the afternoon you will enjoy your afternoon Canoe
ride in Mukungwa River. Later enjoy your property amenities. Overnight.

Day 4: Volcanoes National Park to Nyungwe National Park

On this day you will depart for Golden Monkeys Trekking to observe the famous Rwandan mountain in the
Volcanoes National Park. Enjoy Lunch in the local restaurant before you depart from foothills of the Virunga
Volcanoes and drive to the shore of Lake Kivu in Karongi. Overnight.

Day 5: Nyungwe Forest National Park

After Breakfast, you will start you morning boat Cruise exploring different Islands located in the lake, on this
day you will drive to Nyungwe National Parka at an altitude of 1600-2950m above sea level, this mountainous
rainforest reserve is rich in flora and fauna, with over 260 species of trees and shrubs, and over 100 types of
orchid and giant lobelia alone. As well as incredible biodiversity, the park also has breathtaking views, at your
arrival lunch with an afternoon Canopy walk adventure, during your hike you may also spot migratory birdlife
including the Ross’ turaco, grey-cheeked hornbill, red-breasted sparrow hawk and regal sunbird. After lunch,
spend the afternoon relaxation at Lodge. Dinner & Overnight stay at Nyungwe Top Hill View Hotel

Day 6: Forest National Park + Chimpanzee trekking

On this day you will enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a thrilling hike in search of
chimpanzee communities. The Rwandan chimpanzee population is thought to consist of approx. 400-500
individuals, confined to the Nyungwe National Park, including a small community in the Cyamudongo Forest.
Prepare to hear these excitable primates before you see them, as their pant-hoots travel through the deep
forest. During your hike you may also spot migratory birdlife including the Ross’ turaco, grey-cheeked hornbill,
red-breasted sparrow hawk and regal sunbird. After this experience, you will have your after-tea plantation
experiences with local community in Gisakura. Relax at your Property enjoy your Lodge amenities. Dinner &
Overnight stay Nyungwe Top Hill View Hotel

Day 7: Nyungwe Forest National Park

On this day you will enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a thrilling hike in search of
Colobus Monkeys communities. During your hike you may also spot migratory birdlife including the Ross’
turaco, grey-cheeked hornbill, red-breasted sparrow hawk and regal sunbird. After lunch, spend the afternoon
transfer to Kigali City on your way coming you will also experience Rwandan Cultural to the former Mwami
Palace (King’s Palace) in Nyanza, transfer to the airport for your evening Flight back home. End of the 7 Days
